WEBZEN, a global developer and publisher of PC and mobile games, announced that its mobile MMORPG, MU Archangel released a major new content update called ‘Corps’ into the game on iOS and Android platforms.
MU Archangel added major new Corps system content and opened its first season in the latest update. The new system is a world server content, which will run on a seasonal basis. Warriors can join the Corps after Master level 160 and team up with other warriors to fight in raids and battles.
By participating in Corps content, players can receive points that add up to Personal and Corps Rank. Rewards will be given according to the rank you obtain. Also, for the Corps that fulfills the given requirements, medals with special effects will be rewarded as gifts.
The new Corps system’s most notable content is the Conquest Battle, where two Corps fight one another to steal each other’s income. To proceed with the battle, a Corps can declare war on another by using the Scroll of Conquest item. The one who acquires 18,000 points first wins the battle.
To receive the Scroll of Conquest item to declare and participate in a battle, players must defeat the Demon Ruler’s Phantom in the Demon Ruler Raid. By participating in the raid, even more rewards such as income, Rune Shard, Mythical Beast Insignia, and so on can be acquired.
Along with this major content, this update also includes new equipment, Wing Rune, Dimensional Bag, Class Switch Card, new BOSS Monsters, and several optimizations and fixes that are now available in the game.
MU Archangel’s global version is currently available to download on the Google Play Store and App Store in Southeast Asia countries, in English, Thai and Chinese.
