Dragons: Cloud: New- Movement speed out of combat is now 35% from 20% in windy areas New- Scryers Bloom (vision plants) outside base gates and near tri-bush

Summoner Spells: Ghost: movement speed is going from 28%-45% over time, to now 20%-40% based off lvl instantly. (Cool down is going from 180s to 210s however you can extend the duration of your ghost by take downs up to 7 extra seconds)
Runes: Resolve Tree: Guardian- Range is going from 175 to now 350. Now will only activate when an ally your in range of take 75-200 damage of any kind within the last 2.5 seconds or can block any lethal damage (except for execute spells / abilities) shield HP granted is going from 70-150 to now 80-200. However the movement speed bonus has been removed.
Unflinching- Now gain 10% tenacity and slow resist. (CC timer decrease) Increases to 30% based on missed health.
Domination Tree: Predator- Cool down is being changed from 150s-100 to now 100s-70s. Damage is being reduced a small amount (0.25ap and 0.4ad) However you can activate predator at the start of the game and the charge will only be consumed after hitting an enemy champion.
Taste of Blood- Now has a timer show up on your champion bar above your abilities to show you when it is available again
Inspiration Tree: Approach Velocity- Gain 7.5 movement speed moving towards a movement impaired enemy doubles the movement speed if YOU are the one applying the movement impairing auto attacks or spells

Right now Crit items are very expensive and non-efficient as other damage items so, here is ‘Leth Cait”. This build path and rune set is actually very fun and over all useful both early game due to how much of a bully Caitlyn is and late game at half to even full build. Enjoy~
